By placing an order on Mad Rabbit, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

Refund
Because all the products in Mad Rabbit Store are customized products, we are sorry that we do not have a return channel. For all customized products, we will provide clear photos or videos to communicate with customers for confirmation before delivery, and we will only deliver after getting the customer’s confirmation of delivery.

terms and Conditions:
We accept returns if the item is defective due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Proof of purchase must be included with returns.

Other non-returnable items:
gift cards, wool felt pet custom products, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items,
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at bin@madrabbitshop.com for more information.
Note that you must pay for return shipping. No prepaid shipping labels.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically issued to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you don’t receive a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time (2-5 business days).

Contact us to cancel an order
You can only cancel an order within 6 hours of the date of purchase. Please note that order cancellations will incur administrative, processing and transaction fees (30% of the total order value).
We will issue refunds and allow returns only if the customer’s circumstances meet the above criteria.
